Greg Louie | Doctor of Physical Therapy on Instagram: "😫 Even though I’ve been skiing all season, yesterday was a reminder how much harder the legs work skiing in powder compared to on piste. 🙋🏻‍♂️ I’ll admit that since ski season started, I fell off the consistency of my ski-specific leg workouts because I thought skiing would be enough. 🔥 While I didn’t get hurt yesterday, my legs definitely limited my ability from enjoying the powder runs as much as I could have. 💪🏼 If you want to ski powder and not get fatigued.
