4 stk.  30 g smeltet smør  1/2 dl fløte  3/4 dl vann  2 egg  blandes..  1 dl kokosmel  2 ts fiberhusk  1/2 ts bakepulver  litt søtstoff nautren eller 1 ss sukrin  1 ts kardemomme    Bland godt, så røra blir tykk. Stek vaflene til de blir gyldne.  Serveres med et dryss sukrinmelis og en skje rømme.
