Caprese Salad (Italian) Ingredients: 2 large tomatoes (sliced) 1 ball fresh mozzarella (sliced) Fresh basil leaves 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp olive oil Salt & pepper to taste Instructions: Arrange tomato slices, mozzarella, and basil on a plate. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Serve fresh.
