Carrot cake cookies are like soft little minicarrot cookies. They are good with cream cheese glaze, without cream cheese glaze, with chocolate draws, chopped nuts, raisins, yes whatever you want.

Icecream or mocha with lots of chocolate is one of my great passions, and as you probably know from before, peppermint is also one of my favorite additions in everything that has to do with chocolate, so this drink is just soooo me.

We love Mexican food, and have it at least 1-2 times a week, sometimes more. Friday is always "tacoday" here in our house, especially the weekends when we have all the children statying with us. We are so fortunate that we (mostly) always have a whole vegan Christmas Eve. Those in my family who are vegans are me, my husband, partly the children, my mother, brother, aunt, and partly her husband.
