Trying to keep it simple as I have loads of things to do.. So just topped the fish with a paste (I used a Korean soy bean ready made paste; though I wanted to use some wizzed sundried tomatoes); drizzle of olive oil, sea salt, mixed pepper, lemon, dried basil (fresh herbs would have been better of course) , some olives, sliced garlic, onion, baby tomatoes if you have them.. Capers and baked it for 15-20 mins... juicy tender fish!!! ... On the side I just steamed some green peas and carrots!!
