Grab some cooked ground beef. Evenly distribute it on top of your fritos. We're making a yummy dinner that your whole family will love. It's so good. This looks delicious. So much ground beef. I love my meat. Right. Okay. Give me the beans. Now I want to season my beef with some taco seasoning. Mm. Just sprinkle it. Just eyeball it. Season season it how you like your seasoned. You can do just salt and pepper but I love taco seasoning. Okay perfect. Lot of seasoning. And then I have some traditional refried beans that I heated up a little bit so they'd be easier to spread. Just kind of put that right on top of everything. Smells so good. I love beans. So you heated the beans up right? Yeah so heated the beans up and now I'm just going to kind of distribute it evenly on top of the ground beef. We use one whole can of refried beans. Alright. Now in order to get some more you know healthiness in there. We're going to put some onions on top. I like to make them a little bit bigger because I love onions and I really want that flavor to just soak into the whole dish. And the good thing about onions is they actually cook down. Yeah they get smaller. Okay. This smells so good. Alright. Now, to add some more flavor and heat, I have some enchilada sauce. Alright, just pour it right on top of the whole dish. Really get all that yummy flavors in your dinner. Yum. Okay. Oh my god. That looks perfect. I use a one fourth of the large 28-ounce can. I'm going to save the rest for a different dish. Alright, now for the best part, the cheese. I have a Mexican cheese mix that I'm going to sprinkle around top. I'm going to use this whole bag. Oh, finally, I'm using the whole bag. Yeah, because these are my Mexican nachos. They're so good and so delicious. My kids love this dish. You can put it with the side salad to make it a full complete meal. Okay. Now that could be enough cheese for some people but not for me. Yeah not for us. So I'm going to do some Kobe Jack right on top of that Mexican cheese. Okay. Cheese is probably my favorite like dairy product of all time. Me too. Even though I do love a nice cold classic milk. Okay. That is it. Your one pan dinner is ready. Let's go ahead and look at that bottom real quick. The fritos on. Oh the enchilada sauce. Okay. And my oven sets at 350 and we're just going to cook it for 20 minutes. We just need that cheese to melt. Ooh look at those. Oh my Those, don't those look amazing? They look so good. I need at least like three scoops. Alright. Whoa all that cheese. My gosh. Oh yeah baby. Oh and the chips are so crispy. Ooh the fritos are so good. I have some sour cream. Amazing. Perfect. Nice. Alright. Only thing that would make this better is like shredded chicken. Hm but we got that beef in there, remember? Beef's better. You do a little chicken beef combo if you want. Okay I need a lot of everything. Mm. It's a lot of sour cream a little bit. I love sour cream. Colts sit down.
