USF, an old sardine factory turned into an art centre. Kafé Kippers doesn't have the best food, but it is definitely the best place to be on a sunny day!
Dr. Wiesener is our "local" – a friendly pub which also serves lovely food. Their cuisine is a mix of traditional Norwegian and international meals so you are sure to find something you like there.
If you need a break from all things Norwegian - including Norwegian prices! - Kafé Spesial serves good, international food in a relaxed atmosphere and at very reasonable prices. Also a great place to go for a beer or a glass of wine (good selection of beer and good prices - for Norway).
Bien Bar – one of our absolute favourite places to eat and drink in Bergen!
Pingvinen - Traditional #Norwegian food in a relaxed atmosphere. Popular both with locals and tourists. We love it!
Spisekroken - Get away from the tourist traps and try this fabulous restaurant in #Bergen
Nama Sushi and Noodles
Delicious soups and brunches at Bastant
Lysverket – a new, trendy and amazing restaurant in the art museum
Colonialen has a café at the front and a brasserie at the back – both with fantastic food!
