Stretch for needles or back! Here's a tutorial that you can do and adjust for any level of flexibility! Slide down into the splits or if you can't, bend your front leg to the side. Tie a thicker belt below the knee of whatever leg you have back and hang on to the side that is left. Grab with opposite hand to get into position them grab with both hands like a scorpion. Continue to walk your hands downward until you can grab your leg with one hand then eventually two! (This is me-brennadearly)
