Zamzam Ahmed ’17 recently testified at the Minnesota House and Senate hearings in support of the Citizenship Tax Credit bill. Zamzam is a political science major/international relations minor, a member of St. Kate's Muslim Student Association (MSA), and volunteers off-campus at the Immigrant Law Center of Minnesota. Zamzam credits the lessons she learned in her fall 2015 mock trial class as having helped her to prepare remarks in order to make a strong & effective argument for the bill.
