I am posting this because when you go to bootcamp at VIP you do like over 100 any given day... worst exercise ever though for sure!

I'm doing these challenge now but you can do also the 1 to 100 burpee challenge. Each day do one more burpee that the day before . I lost 8 pounds doing that. Example : day 1 burpee, day 2 burpee until you finish in day 100 : 100 burpees.

I make this smoothie every so often and it is delicious. I cant say anything about the weight lose factor. The only thing I do differently is instead of the oats I add a tablespoon of flax seed. I do not like the consistency the oats give.
