建盞束口碗應該得設計大獎! 1.建盏是1300度左右高温燒成,口沿處加一圈稍厚的箍以達到增加口沿强度、降低口沿燒制時變形的可能性。 2.往盏内注水時有了束口線不必担心高温的湯水冲出建盏的口沿,因為水流在束口處被改變了流向,同時降低了流速而回落在盞中。
