Kashkuli, 8-2 x 11-10 by A Rug For All Reasons | This stunning rug from Iran was handknotted using handspun, natural-dye wool. It has colors and depth that you would have to see to really appreciate. The Gabbeh designs are being copied in other countries such as India and Pakistan but they never have the same look or feel of the Persian ones. Now rare due to an embargo on Persian rugs, these rugs present a unique opportunity to acquire one.

Kashkuli, 8 x 12 by A Rug For All Reasons | While this rug was constructed with natural-dyed, handspun wool and hand knotting -- centuries-old techniques -- it obviously has a very contemporary look that would look great in many of today's elegant but simple-design homes. Kashkuli rugs (or Qashgai) and Gabbeh rugs are no longer being imported from Iran so they've become rare and diifficult to obtain. We feel fortunately to be able to present these to our customers.
