britt bass & morgan blake collaboration <3 Morgan’s photos are actually printed on transparencies, and then laid over Britt’s painted canvas. I realize the effect is similar, but I kind of love this “reverse” way of doing it. There’s a lot less control, because what’s underneath is already underneath. An exciting surprise to see what shows through!

Dit past wat bij mijn pin over de foto's vanuit een (ver)nieuw(end) standpunt. Hier worden alle foto's van bovenaf genomen, maar het resultaat is prachtig. Dit kan misschien leuk zijn in een derde graad, of voor in een portfolio ("Hoe ben ik?"; "Hoe zie ik mezelf?"), of gewoon als creatieve les (eventueel rond een boekje of een toneelvoorstelling).

zentangle face heidi notes: find a picture of you and cut away all but your face(etc). think about what patterns are in your life right now as you zentangle some. leave room to wrap words around forms so you can journal or choose a few words describing your musings.
