Do this routine before every shower: 50 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, 20 crunches, 20 mountain climbers, and 30 second plank. Before shower workouts are a very good idea. one step closer to that bod. bikini bod here I come!
Workout website is AMAZING. It is my workout bible, and best of all, its completely FREE. Tons of workout vids and plenty more to stave off ruts. Most of the routines are between mins long and that's all you need. Also - the yoga videos are great!

To get long, thick, super soft hair: massage organic coconut oil in your hair times a week (leave in mins) wash out with shampoo. Do this until hair is growing and healthy (no split-ends) and reduce to times a month. Works amazingly --im about this life
