Meet the Atlantic wolffish (Anarhichas lupus), an ocean fish found around Asia. Their bizarre appearance isn't all that sets them apart - they also produce a natural antifreeze to keep their blood moving in the cold waters they inhabit.
Phidippus is a genus in the family Salticidae (jumping spiders). Some of the largest jumping spiders inhabit this genus, and many species are characterized by their brilliant, iridescent green chelicerae.
Recently discovered poodle moth photographed by taxonomist Dr Arthur Anker during a recent trip to Venezuela. Poodle moth isn't its official name though, that's just what people are calling it until it can be properly classified.
