Kale Chips: They're SO good, but don't expect to be able to go hog wild on guacamole with them. They're super fragile. Also, you should only bake them one layer at a time if you use an entire bunch of kale. Lastly, they get soft and kind of oily if you don't eat them while they're hot. I'm gonna try pan frying them or re-baking them to see if I can get them crunchy again.
