CAS masculine sympathy by rokale - Cards and Paper Crafts at Splitcoaststampers
i needed a fast sympathy card and at the time everyone was doing cards using block stamps. i really liked how clean the look was and put it together with the fabulous floret. i was really pleased with how fast the card came together and yet looks so dramatic. what a great technique. i'm sure i will use it often :) tfs

Over the next few days I will be showing you cards created from the same stamp set. OK, I'm still working on a couple of other larger projects, and of course it takes longer to complete these things than one thinks it will. I ran out of colour ink for my printer a couple of times, and editing photos takes awhile too. Compiling instructions doesn't happen with a blink of an eye either, no matter how much I wish it could. And life sometimes gets in the way too, lol! When my Wetlands stamp set…

The Sassy Scrapper
Hello there. I wanted to share a tip with you that I came up with while trying to put my Stampin' Up! wood mount stamps back in the wood mount case when it's a tight fit. (Picture below) For example, the Work of Art stamp set. It's a very, very tight fit and there seems to be only one way the stamps fit back in the case. It was like putting together a jig-saw puzzle and I was getting frustrated. So...... out of that frustration came my solution and I'd like to share that with you. First, I'd…
While at the Stampin' Up! annual convention in Salt Lake City Utah, I participated in a card swap. The idea was to create cards we were proud to show off around five different themes (masculine, sympathy/thinking of you/get well, birthday, friendship, and thank you). We each made 15 cards per theme and got a whole stack to show off some fabulous new ideas! Here are the cards I made... And here is the pile of amazing cards I received in return! I will be featuring specific cards over the next…

Leafy sympathy card
It's never the right time to make sympathy cards. Not long ago, I had several friends for whom I needed to make these cards. To create these cards I used a Stampin' Up! Whisper White card base and embossed the front of the card with the Layered Leaves Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. I then stamped the floral branch from the Thoughts & Prayers stamp set in both Wisteria Wonder and Pear Pizzazz ink onto Whisper White card stock before adhering it onto Wisteria Wonder card stock…
Juli *** Stampin' Trimmer Basic Gray A4 Card Stock Card Stock A4…
