While the uneven rib stitch has been around forever, I wanted a great ‘first project’ for students in my Learn To Knit class. Something doable that was attractive & practical that they could make and wear with pride. This pattern is easily altered to be wider or more narrow and can be adjusted to most any weight of yarn.
