• 2 tsp Ginger, ground
• 150 g Glace cherries, red halves
• 150 g Glace cherries, green halves
• 150 g Glace mixed peel
• 1 Lemon, Zest and juice of
• 1 Orange, Zest of

• 5 Eggs
Condiments
• 2 tbsp Golden syrup
Baking & Spices
• 1 tsp Baking powder
• 220 g Brown sugar
• 2 tsp Cinnamon
• 2 cups Icing sugar
• 2 tsp Nutmeg
• 2 1/2 cups Plain flour
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1 tsp Spice, mixed
• 2 tsp Vanilla essence
Nuts & Seeds
• 1 tsp Almond essence

• 1 can Pineapple and juice

Beer, Wine & Liquor
