I've had a lot of discussions lately about the energetic circuit that runs between hands and how to use that to both bring energy into the body but also how to redirect negative or positive/healing energy away and out from the body as well. But it goes far deeper than simply that. Each finger has an elemental association as well as and ideal crystal alignment based on purpose, and even Gold and Silver have a way of affecting the energy that is moved through and beyond you.
