Iowa City puts on an organized art display each summer, encouraging a variety of artists to collaborate and design something within a genre. This year and maybe last year, it's been these park benches in downtown Iowa City. They have also done yarn bombing or tree sweaters, and two years, they've done decorated Herkeys (the Iowa Hawkeye Mascot).
