𝗥𝗮𝗺𝗽 𝗶𝘁 𝘂𝗽! Ramp cycle doesn’t not mean work out less. It’s about taking into account your body’s hormonal changes and adjusting your routine to match that energy. For me, that might mean ditching the weights, de-loading my higher weight barbell work, more rest between reps or focusing on slower movement but better technique.
