Cowboy Boot Toe & Heel Plates This set is for pointy toed boots (J toe). Includes 1 pair each of both the toe and heel plates/guards. Available in Dark Copper or Antique Gold. Each sets comes with 2 nails for each tip and heel guard used for attaching to the welt of the boot. Helps protect your boots from nics & scraps! Please note: The taps on the boot plates measures about an 1/8 of an inch. The plates attach to the welt of your boot. The black boot in the photos have Antique Silver toe plates which I have available in only toe plates, round and pointy. To attach tips, first place them on the boot snugly and made an indent (in the welt) for placement of the nails. Or your local cobbler or boot store may be able to put them on for you.
