Bacon and Leek Bucatini 🍄 Bacon and leek is one of my favourite pasta combinations! I can’t wait to eat more leeks this winter. 𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 (Serves 2) • 4 Slices of Bacon, diced • 1 Leek, sliced • Knob of butter • 1 tsp Chopped garlic • 1 tsp Mixed herbs • Salt and Pepper to taste • 150ml Vegetable stock • 100ml Creme fraiche • 30g Parmesan • 150g Bucatini pasta 𝗠𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱 1.
