Lovely 1950's era faux pearl and rhinestone dangle earrings created by Henry Bogoff "Jewels by Bogoff". The earrings are made of a silver tone base metal (probably rhodium plated) consisting of two pieces with a hinge between. They are set with two button-style faux pearls with a dark cream color; the larger is 10 mm and the smaller is 8 mm. The faux pearls are accented by round and baguette cut rhinestones. Total length of drop is 1 1/8-inch and width is 1/2-inch. Earrings are non-pierced clip backs and are clearly stamped on the reverse. Condition is good: the pearls have some minor scratches and the rhinestones are slightly yellowed from age and use. All of my vintage items are all previously worn and loved and so are sold as is. I have a long history in the jewelry industry (since 1993!) and am a certified GIA gemologist. I do my best to accurately describe items and am confident in my ability to assess stones, metal, construction, etc. I use the term "delicate" in many of my listings which I interpret to mean small or dainty. If the ring or item requires extra care when worn, usually I use "fragile" or "wear with care". Most pieces have been lightly polished or cleaned, if possible, unless the process will damage or alter their natural patina. Some items can be altered, some cannot, so please feel free to ask questions, I will answer them as quickly as I can. Please keep in mind that custom-altered pieces are non-returnable. Return policy: I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. I will accept returns and refund the full amount paid less the cost of shipping and insurance. I ask that all items are returned to me in the same condition in which they were received and within two (2) weeks of receipt. Payment: I accept Etsy Payments and PaypaI. Please contact me with any questions or concerns at my web site www.tinacityad.com or through Etsy. Thank you! Tina *Do not immerse plastic beads or foil back rhinestones in liquid cleaner. Best practices are to use a soft cloth with a small amount of cleaner (don't spray directly on rhinestones) and make sure to dry immediately. And, always put your jewelry on AFTER you have used perfume or hairspray. Your jewelry will thank you by staying sparkly for a long time!
