An 18th Century Sevres Soft-Paste Porcelain Coffee Can and Saucer. Decorated with a Gilded Mid-Blue Ground and Painted with Two birds. The Base with the Royal French Cypher, Interlaced LLs for Sevres and 'LL' for 1789, the Year of the French Revolution. The Painters mark, a Dagger, is for Etienne Evans Who Worked at Sevres from 1752 to 1806. The Base of the Coffee Can has Le Senegali Painted in Blue Enamel, the Saucer Inscribed Ortolan de la Louisiane.
