A large diamond and cabochon sapphire tiara belonging to the Empress Alexandra Feodorovna, the last empress of Russia.
Tiara commissioned by Archduchess Marie Valerie as a wedding present (?) for her daughter Archduchess Elisabeth Franziska of Austria, who married Georg Graf von Waldburg zu Zeil und Hohenems in Note this is the form with upright pearls.
