Hawaiian Chicken! Low Cal/Low Carb. We put it over a salad again with Ken's Lite Asian dressing. We didn't add rice since we were going for low carb. It was delicious!

Directions:  In a pan over low-medium heat, sauté shrimp until cooked. Add edamame and broccoli. In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil and rice wine vinegar. Drizzle the sauce over the stir-fry. Serve with a side of brown rice.
