Easy 3 ingredient Mexican Crock-pot Chicken (Great mix it and leave it meal) (Quick 3 Ingredients Gluten Free)

LEMON GARLIC CHICKEN- 1 tsp. dried oregano 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper 2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves 2 T. butter 1/4 c. water 3 T. fresh lemon juice 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules 1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley (I didn't have fresh parsley, so I just used dried and it worked perfectly) 1 package cream cheese (you can use 1/3 less fat or fat free)

A version of Six Sisters' Stuff: Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken. Did all in the crockpot, didn't brown chicken, added packet of Italian seasoning. Served with rice.

I love using my crockpot! Food tastes so much better when it's cooked slowly, with NO effort. This chili is a perfect simple comfort food. Throw together some homemade guacamole to serve on top, and you've got heaven in a bowl!
