Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 20 mins | Total Time: 30 mins Ingredients: 15 oz crumbled Italian sausage 1 tbsp olive oil 3 cloves garlic (minced) 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1 lb rigatoni pasta 1 cup chicken broth 1 cup heavy cream 1 cup marinara sauce 2 cups fresh spinach Salt & pepper to taste Instructions: Cook sausage in olive oil in a skillet until browned. Add garlic and Italian seasoning, cook for 1 min. Add pasta, broth, cream, and marinara sauce, bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 10-15 mins until pasta is al dente.
