CROCKPOT PORK LOIN; easy and tasty. I did a 5 lb. pork loin, and just multiplied everything accordingly (though I did use minced garlic rather than garlic salt). I would NOT cook it as long as the recipe calls for. It was dry after 5.5 hours. I would probably check it around 4.5 hours next time. Loved the flavor; if I can make it less dry I will make it more often.
