DAY 1 of my diet . I feel good but i know that feeling will soon fade :S FITSPO for when I start feeling bad and start wanting a cheese burger

esp considering we ALL say "such and such day is my "cheat" day!" Look at it this way and suddenly those "cheat days" seem a little less harmless.
