Indian gurz (round headed mace), 18th to 19th century, near spherical head fitted with a tall central spike on a large foliate washer, ten spikes around the circumference (three missing), matching basal washer, on its iron haft decorated with a globular moulding at the top and bottom of the grip, the head and central spike decorated with gold koftgari flowers and foliage, the top, middle and bottom of the haft decorated en suite 70 cm; 27 5/8 in overall.
