Simply Avocado: Cut in half, leave skin on. Salt and pepper, squeeze lemon or lime. Enjoy with a dessert spoon, Keep on seasoning as you go if needed.

A simple avocado with lemon or lime juice sea salt, and olive oil is my healthy snack of choice. Full of healthy oils and nutrients. You can also dress them with curry powder, lime juice, cayenne, olive oil and salt!
