Every December from 1920-1943, J.R.R. Tolkien's children  received a letter from Father Christmas, addressed to them  in spidery handwriting, bearing a stamp from the North Pole.  Tolkien, as Father Christmas, wrote the letters, which he  accompanied by humorous illustrations.  My pop gave me this book gave me this book when I was a kid, it's beautiful!
