how to: middle splits! again, not everybody can get these perfect,including not-bendy me, & it takes time, but give it all you got! these stretches help you get farther & farther each time you do them! they might hurt, so take it easy. only go as far as you can go & don't hurt yourself. good luck, & remember you are always doing great!!!
