Jeg elsker, at det eneste jeg skal spørge mig selv om når jeg vågner er "hvad har jeg lyst til idag?". Oftest er svaret morgenmad.. post workout vibes had me craving oatmeal like crazy. This weather made me want to snuggle up so I wanted something yummy with a little protein. I had gluten free oatmeal with PB2, Walden Farms Caramel and Chocolate sauce, a melted @questnutrition cookies n cream protein bar, and coconut milk mixed all together. Sooo good and warm and hit the spot for what I wanted on this cloudy day!Macros: C54//F13//P30

50g rolled oats cooked in water, then added 65g canned pumpkin purée and 1/2c liquid eggs whites stirred in & cooked until fluffy. 1 Tbsp cocoa powder, dash of butter extract, and vanilla stevia for flavor. Then added 15g @pescience cookies & cream protein. Topped with a chopped up protein bar... SO GOOD.  This is my first meal of the day (post workout = mostly carbs and protein). I didn't eat before I lifted, just took @pescience high volume + alphamine and sipped on Amino IV during.
