Dinner Salad Friday  Ingredients:  -1/4 Cup Whole Grain Croutons  -4 Cups Salad Greens  -1/2 Cup Cinnamon Baked Butternut Squash  -1/2 Cup cranberries cut in half & boiled (after boiled, bake with butternut squash)  -1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese (mix with lettuce)   -1/2 Cup Edamame  -3 Egg Whites  -1 Tbsp Toasted Almonds (bake with butternut squash)
