Mix one small can of white tuna w/ 2 tbls. cottage cheese, a splash of balsamic vinegar, and 1/4 of a diced avocado. Place thinly sliced mozzarella on each side of one whole wheat sandwich thin, add tuna mix to open faced bread and place in oven on broil until cheese is melted and tuna is warm. Top with crumbled feta, tomatoes, or whatever you desire. Super delicious!
