My sis has been trying to tell me how much running will relieve my stress. I finally started and completely agree with her now! She is one of my biggest cheerleaders right now as I train for my first Love ya, Teske Goldsworthy Holmes!

I saw this post and have thought about it all day.  I have been trying to lose weight since January with no luck.  After reading this I have decided, I may never wear a bikini in public again, and my never be in single digit clothes again, but I can love the body God gave me for what it can do!!

A point said: Crossfit is helping me to set goal for strength and healthy body versus old goals to be "stick skinny" even of the scale doesn't move or my pants don't get smaller my body will be toned and beautiful :)

The principle of getting stronger. Do something until it hurts every time. Every time, the previous limit will hurt less. That is how one becomes stronger. I need to remember this.
