A luncheon smorgasbord in Norway. Help yourself. Make open face sandwiches -- maybe butter & sardine? or mayonaise w/fresh small shrimp, parsely, & pc. of lemon on top, or sliced eggs w/pieces of smoked sausage, and tomato. Pickled herring. Many choices and all traditional. There would be a dessert smorgasbord after.
