So I joined a book club in my city of Hoboken for which we were assigned to read "The Power of Habit: Why We Do What We Do In Life and In Business" by Charles Duhigg. I must say it was a great read.

This photo is of a US Citizen having been tied to a pickax. Typical punishment for black  Americans living in forced-labor camps in the early 1930s. Now that the government has had time to practice, to discover this science, and to sign Executive Orders covering the same...do you think "water boarding" is all that you need worry about? BTW - Sheep cannot be treated this way. It is called: "casting down"; and they die much to quickly for this to be an effective behavior modification practice.
