  • 1 1/2 cups Onions
  • 1 cup Tomatoes
Refrigerated
  • 5 Eggs, hard
  • 1 Flour to roll the eggs in
Condiments
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger paste
Baking & Spices
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper, powdered
  • 6 Cardamoms, green lightly roasted and powdered
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon, lightly roasted and powdered
  • 6 Cloves, lightly roasted and powdered
  • 1/4 tsp Garam masala
  • 2 Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
