I drink 64 oz (minimum) a day. Staying hydrated is a great way to stay healthy and it is great for your skin. It is also a wonderful way to not add extra calories to your daily diet. Can't live without it.
I wish people would understand this. You can't just take sketchy pills, eat 0 carbs, or drink juice for 40 days and expect that to be the end of it. That'll never last and it mistreats your body. HEALTHY PERMANENT CHANGE is all that works.
