Own Recipe - Cannellini Dip/ Puree: 1 can white cannellini beans, 1 clove garlic, 1 T olive oil, 1/2 t ground thyme, splash of vegetable stock, salt & pepper to taste. Puree in food processor. Use on baked potato, toast, veggies... in place of dairy or dressings.
