GOLOWAN FESTIVAL (23 June 2016) | Penzance, Cornwall: 'At 10pm, the public gathered at the top of Chapel Street and lit candles to carry in the procession. Penzance's Obby Oss, Penglaz, was set loose on the street, trying to intimidate spectators whilst being teased down towards the dock by a dancer.'
