We call these Rhubarb Rolls - my grandma used to make these and they are scrumptious! There was no cinnamon in her recipe though. A great summer treat! No cinnamon--convert flour to gf = gf and low hist!
The absolute BEST PIE EVER. We replaced some of the rubarb with plums, to make an excellent strawberry-plum-rubarb pie. Sounds odd, tastes like heaven. Put it with some vanilla ice cream, and you may never eat other types of pie again.
