I wish I could quit eating chocolate! I wish I could lose weight, but I can't! I wish I had more energy! I got tired of hearing my own self bitch and did something about it! I am and I will!

It& also ok to give into cravings just eat in moderation. Don& go order the biggest cheese burger with all the fixins or eat a whole pan of double fudge brownies.
