This pic shows two rocks both of which fluoresce bright green due to uranyl (UO2). The upper rock (3" wide) is meta-autunite from the Daybreak Mine in Spokane, Washington and the lower rock is a geode containing chalcedony that I got this summer as a doorprize at a meeting of the Fluorescent Mineral Society. Shown in SW light. Meta-autunite obtained from Minershop.com. Chalcedony obtained from FMS.
