Serves: 1   Ingredients 1 kiwi 1 ripe banana 1 cup milk or almond milk (for thick smoothie use just ½ cup milk) 1 Tbsp honey or other sweetener Instructions In a blender container, combine kiwi, banana, milk and honey. Cover and blend until smooth.
